Job Responsibilities:

1. Regularly communicate and exchange with the marketing center to collect information on new products in the market

2. Assist in conducting feasibility analysis for new product development and prepare a "R&D Plan" for the new product

3. Participate in the formulation and demonstration of new product development plans

4.Execute the R&D plan, complete the trial production, and prepare the R&D report

5.Responsible for preparing the product structure weight table to ensure optimal quality and cost

6. Responsible for applying for scientific and technological achievements

7.Assist in promoting sales products, bidding, responsible for sales, follow-up, and answering customer questions

Job requirements:

1. More than 2 years of experience in the wire and cable industry, familiar with the research and development of low and medium pressure cable products

2. Technical specifications have been prepared

3 knowledge of new energy cables

4. Good communication and expression skills, outgoing personality, serious and responsible
